He began his career in 1995 as an economist of the economic department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Kachkeev has gone from economist to the head of the department. In 2000 he was appointed as Deputy General Director of the OJSC Settlement and Savings Company (SSC), in May 2007 – as First Deputy General Director of OJSC SSC (later renamed the "SSC-BANK").
His banking experience exceeds 14 years.
He has a profound knowledge of banking business, high organizational skills. He made a great contribution in to the improvement of statistics of the Payment balance of the Kyrgyz Republic during the period of his work in the National Bank.
While in the SSC he has made a great contribution in to the improving of the bank efficiency, which has lead to a positive impact on the success rating of the bank not only in Kyrgyzstan but also in the international banking space. There were credit operations introduced under his direct supervision, which have further been successfully developed.

He has two higher educations, graduated from Kyrgyz State University with the following specialties: "International Economic Relations" in 1997 and "Law" in 2000.
Prior to joining the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan" he has worked in the banking industry over 10 years. To date, Mr. Usenakun uulu has 12 years of experience in banking business, he has worked for OJSC "Bank Ail" for 9 years, has gone from the specialist to manager of the branch. Since 2007 he worked in ProCredit Bank, he worked in the banking system in Ukraine and Armenia as credit manager. In 2008 has been appointed to the position of the head of crediting department of the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan".

Alybaev Narynbek Alybaevich

In 1995 he graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University majoring in "Economics and Social Planning".
He began his career in 1996 in the Municipal Clinical Emergency Hospital as an accountant-financial officer. Then, in July 1997 he was admitted to the Settlement and Savings Company under the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the position of the leading specialist of marketing and public relations department. In 1999, Mr. Alybaev was appointed as head of Marketing Department of "Settlement and Savings Company" (later renamed the "SSC - BANK"). He worked for the "SSC-BANK" until February 2010.
He is married and has three sons.

He has two higher educations, graduated from Kyrgyz State University, Department of Economics in 1997 and the Faculty of Physics in 1986.
He is in the banking sector since 1996. Prior to joining the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan" he was Managing Director of the "ATF Bank of Kyrgyzstan." Mr. Davletov has gone from a leading expert to the head of the department. He took first position in "Kurulush bank" as the leading specialist, then as the chief specialist of crediting department. During his career he worked in various areas of finance and banking activity, he has a wealth job experience. In October 2009 he was appointed as a Finance Manager of the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan."

She has two higher educations, graduated in 1988 from the Technical College of the Soviet Trade majoring in "Civil Law", and the Kyrgyz State University in 2000 majoring in "Civil Law".
Mrs. Dzhilkichieva has worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan" since July 2008 and was in charge for legal issues. Prior to joining the OJSC "Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan" she has worked in a group of "Munai Mirza" company, "Alliance" as the head of the Legal Department, in the "Avtobank" joint-stock company as the head of the Legal Department, as member of the Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board. She has experience in law for over 13 years.
She has a son.
