For opening of the account it is necessary for legal body to give following documents in bank:

• The statement on the opening of the account signed by the head, the chief accountant and assured by the press.
• Notarially certified copies of the regulation and the Constituent contract (in a case when some founders) which are registered by judicial authorities or are verified with the original and are signed by the employee of bank/date, verified, signature.
• The certificate on registration in the Ministry of Justice (copy).
