By the current moment OJSC «Commercial bank KYRGYZSTAN» is associated member of VISA International that confirms experience and the competence of bank in sphere of card business, moreover Bank serves international payment cards MasterCard, and also is the full participant of National system of non-cash payments with use of bank cards ELKART, besides in the near future begins release and service of inter-regional payment cards «Gold Crown».

As the participant of the international, inter-regional and local payment systems of OJSC «Commercial bank KYRGYZSTAN» carries out following kinds of activity: release/issue of cards (VISA, MasterCard, ELKART, Gold Crown) service of bank cards in a terminal/acquiring network of bank (delivery of cash on cards in cash dispenses and pos-terminals, organization of service of reception of payments for the trading-service enterprises)

Individual projects - the card for the physical persons, wishing to get round-the-clock access to money for the account. The card - «the percentage deposit poste restante», allowing the holder of a card to receive the percentage income of storage of money on the card account. Salary projects — with use of payment cards is the service given to the enterprise by bank which realizes payment cards. At the organization of the salary project the enterprise instead of salary payment or other payments to the employees cash money resources, lists them in a non-cash order into card accounts of the employees.   • Transaction — separate operation with card use
  • Activity limit — the greatest possible volume of operation for a payment card established by bank-emitter

It is recommended:

  • If the international bank card is necessary, but at the moment the client has no the large sum of available assets;
  • If the client is going to send the child for study or rest abroad and would like to transfer operatively money to him and also to supervise its expenses.

VISA Classic — the most widespread card in the world. This card combines optimum cost of service and a wide spectrum of given services, is accepted practically in all shops, the enterprises sphere of services, points of delivery of cash and cash dispenses. Modern convenient payment means.

  • If the client plans to use often in KYRGYZSTAN, abroad and in a network the Internet
