Minimal package of necessary documents for individuals:

1. Copy of Passport;
2. Documents, confirming activity of the Borrower (if they exist and when requested by the Loan Committee);
3. License – if the activity is licensed;
4. Certificate of renting an outlet (if the Client has а place on the market) (if available);
5. Documents for collateral.

List of necessary documents to apply for the loan for individuals:

1. 1.Passport of the Borrower (registration at the location of application), Passport copy of wife/husband, copy of the marriage certificate;
2. 1.Documentary proof of the income – certificate from the place of work and about the salary for the past 12 months. For entrepreneurs copy of licenses, patents, certificates, foundation agreements, leasing contracts of commercial and production premises, certificate from the administration of the market. Additionally there is possible necessity for income confirmation of the family members;
3. 1.Documents of the guarantor – copy of the passport, passport copy of husband/wife, copy of marriage certificate, documentary confirmation of income. It is possible to have several guarantors. Husband/wife of the guarantor has to give written agreement for guarantee;
4. 1.Documents for collateral – title documents (technical passport, contract of purchase etc.) Certificate from Government Registry about absence of encumbrance is necessary for the pledge of real estate;
5. 1.Passport copies of pledger and pledger`s husband/wife, copy of marriage certificate;
6. 1.Other documents on Bank`s request.
